Description:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting research and reports on human rights cases under the supervision of the direct manager.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor human rights developments, including decisions of national, regional and international human rights bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the development, organization and implementation of awareness-raising activities and campaigns for education in the field of human rights and the development of the research field, and the formulation of analytical studies, press releases and documentation of materials in a systematic way.<\/li>\n<li>-\tContributing in organizing sessions and workshops including logistical support as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Knowledge, Skills, Behaviors, and Experience Required to apply for the job:<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree preferably in one of the following fields: (politics, economics, law, social science or international relations).<\/li>\n<li>Interest in the field of human rights and development, and experience through membership in a human rights organization, or participation in human rights promotion programs, or modeling activities and other student activities.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated skills to write a report and do a research as well oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic languages; additional foreign languages are desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work in a manner that is consistent with the ICG\u2019s core behaviours and competencies.<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Office, eg Word, Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Administrative and financial
